To set a static IP address in the Android operating system, please follow these steps:

Note: Steps are best performed with the

tablet in portrait mode.

1. Open your list of Apps.

2. Choose Settings.

3. Select Wi-Fi settings .

4. Tap and hold the network you want to connect to until a box appears.

5. Select Modify Network .

6. Tap the checkbox next to Show Advanced Options.

7. Choose Static from the IPv4 settings menu.

8. Input your static ip information.

9. Tap Save .
